Residents at Rochelle Pines enjoy amenities including a pool and spa; fitness facility; business center; beauty salon; barbeque and picnic areas; on-site laundry; and a food pantry, which provides residents with fresh fruits and vegetables, various protein options, milk, and other shelf-stable foods. Monthly rent at Rochelle Pines starts at $778 per month for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment – income restrictions do apply. A one-person household must not exceed $26,250 gross annual income, and a two-person household must not exceed $30,000 gross annual income. Rates and income thresholds may vary.
